About us.

Toy Hub is a children’s charity working across the HP4 and HP23 areas, supporting families and carers by supplying them with toys and gifts for their children to unwrap this Christmas. We launched in Winter 2022 and in our first year, helped support 474 children and their families.

We believe that every child should be able to open a gift from their grown-ups on Christmas Day.

This year, as the cost-of-living numbers continue to rise, some households in the local community will struggle to navigate the additional financial commitment Christmas can bring. 

 

We will launch an online application form each autumn and any parent, carer or an organisation working on a family’s behalf will be able to apply for Toy Hub support. 

 

Every year we will be opening a number of toy donation drop-off points across the HP4 and HP23 towns and villages, and will be asking people to donate new and like-new toys to the cause. The charity can only accept new or like-new toys that people would be happy to gift to their own family’s children.
