Applications for Christmas 2025 support will open in October. Keep an eye on our website and Instagram for information. Meanwhile you can find out below how our applications work, if your family is eligible for support as well as key information.
How can Toy Hub support you?
We deliver a bag of gifts for each child within your family aged 0–18 ready to wrap and gift on Christmas Day.
What to expect.
We provide each child with a thoughtfully-curated gift bag, tailored to their age and interests (based on available donations). Each bag includes new and like-new donated toys, wrapping paper, tape, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a touch of festive cheer.
Is your family eligible?
Will financial struggles make it impossible for you to buy gifts for your child, or children, in your care this Christmas? Do you live in the HP4 or HP23 postcode area? Do you receive state-funded financial support or are you registered with a local service such as a food bank? Has your financial situation changed overnight?
Ready to apply?
1 Complete and submit the application form. (Available from October 2025). 2 You’ll receive an email to confirm your application has been received. 3 We will review your application and let you know if we can help. 4 You will be contacted in November to arrange delivery.
Application
Only one form per family should be completed by the main parent or carer. We will not accept multiple applications for the same child/children. Schools and local services can also complete the application on a family's behalf but only one form per family should be completed.
Areas we cover
We can only receive applications from families that have a postcode beginning HP4 or HP23.
Delivery
Gifts will be delivered to the address on your application and must be signed for on receipt. We cannot offer an option to collect.
Wrapping
All toys and gifts are delivered unwrapped along with rolls of paper so that families can enjoy wrapping the gifts for their children.
